Do Not Sell or Share My Information

Last updated: September 2, 2026

This page is how you exercise your privacy rights with SubsidyPrograms.org, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and the right to stop being contacted.

Stop contact immediately

The fastest route, if your goal is simply to stop hearing from anyone:

  • Email [email protected] with the subject line Do Not Contact.
  • Include the email address and telephone number you want suppressed.
  • Reply STOP to any text message, and tell any caller to place you on their do-not-call list.

We add the identifiers you give us to a permanent suppression list and confirm in writing.

Opt out of sale or sharing

Some transfers of information to the licensed providers we connect consumers with may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under state privacy laws. To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject Opt Out of Sale or Sharing. We also honor Global Privacy Control browser signals where required by law.

Other rights you can exercise here

  • Know / access — what categories of personal information we collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
  • Copy — a portable copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct — fix inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete — remove personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Limit — restrict use of sensitive personal information, where applicable.
  • Appeal — if we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

How to submit a request

Email [email protected] stating which right you are exercising, the state you reside in, and the email address and telephone number to search on. An authorized agent may submit on your behalf with written authorization.

Verification and timing

We verify your identity by matching the identifiers you provide against our records before acting on an access, correction, or deletion request. Opt-out requests do not require verification. We respond within the period required by your state's law, generally 45 days, and we may extend once where the law allows.

No discrimination

We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.

National do-not-call registry

You can also register your number free with the Federal Trade Commission at DoNotCall.gov. Note that registering there does not by itself revoke consent you previously gave to a specific company — use the steps above for that.
